Terms of Service

Vantage is a social media manager run by Freedom! Family Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Vantage you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vantage. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.

You sign in with an account you hold on another platform, and you keep that account secure. You are responsible for everything published from your Vantage account.

You keep every right to the videos you upload and the posts you make from them. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and publish them for you, and only for as long as we hold them.

Upload, or give us a link to, only content you have the right to use and publish. When you give us a link to a video, you confirm that you own it or have the owner’s permission to copy and republish it.

Vantage uses YouTube API Services. If you connect YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

If you connect Facebook or Instagram, you also agree to follow the Facebook Terms of Service at https://www.facebook.com/terms.php and the Instagram Terms of Use at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870.

If you connect TikTok, you also agree to follow the TikTok Terms of Service at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/row/terms-of-service/en.

Do not use Vantage to:

• publish anything that breaks the law or the rules of the platform you publish to;
• publish content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• send spam, or harass or mislead people;
• get around a limit of your plan, or break, overload or probe the service.

Your plan sets how much you can upload and how many accounts you can connect, and the limits are shown where they apply. Free costs nothing; the other plans on the Plans page are paid, under the terms below.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices are set in US dollars; Stripe may show and charge the equivalent in your local currency. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Payments are taken by Freedom! Family Limited and handled by Stripe. Your card statement shows them as HEARTBEAT VANTAGE.

• You can cancel at any time in the billing portal, from Manage billing on the Plans page.
• When you cancel, your plan lasts to the end of the period you have paid for, then ends.
• There are no refunds for part of a period.
• A change of plan, or between monthly and yearly, applies at once, and the price is adjusted for the rest of the period.
• If a payment fails and cannot be collected, the plan ends.
• Deleting your account cancels your plan at once, with no refund.

When a paid plan ends, your account moves to Free.

You can stop using Vantage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the service.

Vantage is provided as is, without any promise that it will always work or suit your purpose. The platforms you publish to decide what happens to your posts there, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for lost profits, data or audience, arising from your use of Vantage.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong decide any dispute.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and ask you to accept them again the next time you use Vantage.
